On February 24th, 1999, Montana Governor Marc Racicot signed the bill placing 75 mph daytime and 65 mph nighttime speed limits on highways there starting May 28th. The "reasonable and prudent" non-numerical limit, deemed unconstitutionally vague by the state Supreme Court, will be no more. See the official announcement.
